1Your QuickBuy offer
These are sample numbers. To see your own estimate, open the QuickBuy Advantage Calculator link in your offer email.
What is the QuickBuy Price?
It’s QuickBuy’s Most Probable Sale Price, and QuickBuy bases your up-front funds on this number. When your home goes on the market, you choose the list price, up to (115% of your QuickBuy Price), so there’s room to get the most from the sale.
QuickBuy isn’t suggesting improvements for your home. It would be listed in its current condition, subject to inspection.
About your Estimated Repair Costs
These are based on the improvements suggested in your offer package. They’re still subject to the home inspection, so the final repair amount may change.
2Check 1: when QuickBuy buys your home
Include every mortgage, home equity loan or line of credit, and lien. All of them are paid off out of Check 1.
You’re still responsible for exterior lawn care and snow removal through the second settlement.
3Check 2: after QuickBuy sells your home
Check 2 is based on what your home sells for on the open market.
You pick the list price. Move the slider to see how Check 2 changes.
How list pricing works
Your list price can be up to 115% of your QuickBuy Price in the first 30 days of the Advantage Pricing Protocol, not to exceed a current or recent list price. See the Advantage Pricing Protocol below for the full schedule.
At this price, Check 2 is $0. This is the No Additional Proceeds scenario: you keep Check 1 and never owe QuickBuy money.

Good to know
- All mortgages and liens on the home must be paid off at the first settlement, out of Check 1.
- Your offer is contingent on a property inspection. Repair costs, and both checks, can change after the inspection.
- Closing Costs are built in at 1% of the QuickBuy Price as a placeholder. At settlement, that’s replaced with your actual closing costs and property tax prorations.
- Check 2 depends on the Market Sale Price and how quickly your home sells. An earlier sale lowers the carrying cost.
- Numbers are estimates and for informational purposes only. Your QuickBuy Advantage Agreement supersedes this sample calculator, and your settlement statements set the final amounts.
