As we reflect on 2022 and project into 2023, we thought we would share some key takeaways:

1) Expect the Unexpected: None of us knew a pandemic was coming, nor how consumers and government would respond, causing such drastic increases to home values and sales.  None of us expected such a swift and drastic rise in interest rates, and none of us know where they will go tomorrow.  That being said, life moves forward and people needing to relocate for life events is inevitable.   We created QuickBuy to bring certainty and convenience to the home sale process, with the premise that it can serve the needs of sellers no matter what is happening in the real estate market.  Of importance is what’s happening in the consumers lives, and how your agents can best help facilitate the move from their current home to their new home. This bodes well for our joint successes in 2023 and beyond, whether the expected or the unexpected happens.

2) The Importance of Agents - It Was Never a Secret:  You knew it, we knew it, some others did not.  Home sellers want to work with their local trusted agents.  Selling homes is a big deal – for most it is the biggest financial transaction they will make - and sellers appreciate the expertise your agents bring them.  While more and more sellers want to sell quickly and easily, they still appreciate speaking with a local real estate expert.
